We have two options for you to choose from.

2) You can register to our free deal mailing list and should you want to pick up or enquire further on one of the deals, just simply follow the details on the email to get in touch and secure the investment.

• After enquiry we structure a call to fully understand your exact situation and the goals you want your investments to achieve i.e Capital Appreciation/Monthly Cash Flow etc
• We find and secure potential investment properties that fit your predetermined investment goals
• We send you an initial overview of the investments containing the KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) which will also contain the ROI figures (Return on Investments) and Photos.
• Once your investment has been targeted and you’re completely happy you will then secure the investment with a sourcing deposit fee and we start the process, this will come off the total fee. This is refundable should the deal fall down due to things out of your control. It is not refundable should you pull out for any other reason.
• The property is then marked SSTC.
• We will then produce a detailed information pack on the investment which will include the builder’s report, schedule of works for the refurb, etc
• If you’re happy to proceed and should you wish we will instruct one of our recommended and trusted teams of professionals (Broker,Accountant and Solicitor)who have worked with us and our clients on numerous deals to act for you.
• You will then deal directly with the relevant parties during the purchase procedure but we will also oversee the process keeping in constant communication with yourselves making sure the process goes smoothly up until completion.
• On completion, you release the remainder of the Sourcing Fee.
• Now the refurb and conversion start should there be one required.
• Should you wish us to project manage the refurbishments/conversion then a 10% fee of the overall refurb cost will be required on completion of the works.
• We will oversee the entire process providing detailed weekly reports and video updates keeping you as involved as much or as little as you want to be along the way. On this, unless something comes up that wasn’t factored into the original building quote we shall just proceed with what needs to be done.
• Two weeks from the property being ready to let we will instruct our recommended letting manager who will then be your lettings manager to start advertising the property. They will already know when it’s going live and have already put out feelers to line up tenants to move in immediately or as close as possible.
• The project completes, now your property is ready to let.
